Forties are Fun😊

OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!! I am Fortyyyyy,from not acknowledging the fact to the denial mode,we eventually land up to the LaLa land of forties.Officially middle aged now,officially referred to as uncle and aunty,we are here.The number dreaded by most,I believe is the most beautiful phase of our lives.Let me tell you few perks of being at forty.


1) The grey hair don't make us panicky now,they are part of our wisdom that we have acquired in all these forty years(don't panic,age is just a number).Remember ,every cloud has a silver lining,so no melodrama on seeing the grays

You are cool with it,and also you are helping the sales of all the hair Color industries,so cheer up guys😊

2) You are  now brave enough to go to any retail cloth shop and can ask for any L,XL,2XL dress because you are officially middle aged ( and are over that embarrassment of buying oversized clothes).So now keep your head high and rock the shopping.

PS: Take along  your forty gang and paint the town red,green,pastel with your shopping.


3) Sice your hormones are moving left right,east ,west ,now you have better choice in regards to your screen idols.From the cute hero ,you switch on to the hotter one and nobody minds because you are officially forty now.Isnt it great.


4) You are now not an quintessential Ekta Kapoor Bahu because you have learnt the art of being deaf at times and bring indifferent at others.

5) You start loving Yoga,which you earlier found boring .Your jagged muscles need stretching( that's a better explanation) and gymming gets little boring🙄.So now doing Pranayama and meditation is your favourite workout ever since the yoga guru told you it helps in keeping wrinkles at bay🙃


6) Your kids are little sorted(at least try to think that way). You are not running around them anymore(is it?🤔) I know you still have to tell them to study,to take bath,cut the nails,behave properly,blah blah but still you are sorted🤔


7) Your spouse become more understanding (since he/she knows that there is no need to beat the bush,you are not going to change).

So,with all these perks welcome forties with open arms.Enjoy with your gang,as that's the best part of your life.Develop a hobby,convert it into an occupation because this is the best time to give it a try.Have fun at forty❤️
